What does Journey to Body Health mean to me?
As the late Wayne Dyer stated "We are a Soul having a Human Experience." This statement truly resonated with me when I first heard it 30 years ago. It brought me to this title of my website because it encompasses each step we take in life. From our health, environment, emotions and beliefs that step by step journey helps us to learn the many lessons we are meant to learn in this lifetime. It is my goal to help others see their journey from many different perspectives and realize that nothing in this life happens by mistake. Every step has a purpose, even that smile you see when you are in the line at the grocery store.
